FRESH IS BEST !
Were kicking off the month with a bunch of LOCALLY grown fruits and vegetables..including Tomatoes, Corn, Squash, Nuts and Egg Plants (of course) and Cherries.  These all come from our local area farms and are as fresh as anything available.
Were also expanding our list of Organic produce...if there is something that we don't have and that you want...let us know!

SPRING IS SPRUNG...
At with the warming weather (Did it every really get cold), we are stocking our shelves with tons of LOCAL grown produce. 

That's right...most of what we have on the shelves comes from our local partners and area farms...and will remain so until late in the season!

That means that CORN, CHERRIES, PEPPERS, CUCUMBERS, ORANGES, TOMATOES and many others...are IN STOCK AND FRESH.

My brother Matt and myself are buying EVERY DAY...starting at 5am, typically and are even going out to pick up fresh tomatoes, corn and cherries ourselves if they can't deliver to us fast enough.

We want to hear from you, so drop us a line.  In next months Video Blog, Amelia will talk about preparing some of the delicious Eggplant that she discusses in this months entry.

ORGANIC RISING...Ushering in March Madness With More and More Organic Produce! AND The Facts Behind Bananas-Video Blog!

That's right...due to increasing demand and numerous requests, were expanding our selection of high quality, organic fruits and vegetables.  The good weather is also good for the season and prices...extending the growing season and producing records crops at our local suppliers!

Over the next few weeks, we are switching over to local suppliers...who are off to a great start this year.  With the local supplies, come a plethora of organic and an absolute committment to obtaining the freshest produce that exists.  In many cases this translates into the SAME or NEXT day...that's right, It's harvested one day...I'll pick it up from the farms early in the morning and have it on the shelves by opening at 8am.
